Look at Digital Learning Planning and the associated tools we have developed which allow you to assess where you are and plan how to further embed digital technology into your youth service.

As a manager, you will also find the Competence Framework for Digital Youth Practice a useful HR and Training tool: your team members can self-assess their Competence level and receive some recommendations for professional development based on their knowledge and practice.

You should also direct your staff to our Training Toolkit which is a vast and highly practical resource for their their day to day engagement with young people using Digital Technology.

All these resources were developed on the basis of our Research which combined the view of leaders such as yourselves, Young People of course, as well as Youth Workers and employers.

In the near future we will be issuing Policy Briefs in each project country and make recommendations to policy makers and other stakeholders, to better support Digital Youth Work Practice. Have your say and take our poll!
